Phil Ridley
Chief Technical Officer
Phil has over 20 years of broad experience at all technical levels. He began his career with military precision, meeting the exacting requirements of the RAAF, in multiple hardware and software engineering positions as an Engineering Officer.
In these roles Phil gained expertise in a diverse range of advanced technologies, working with mission-critical communications, weapons and data processing systems as well as unique experience covering satellite, radio, microwave, encryption, digital signals processing and real-time control systems used in fighter aircraft, maritime systems and submarines. He also trained and gained experience in Design Standards and Quality Systems.
Phil studied artificial intelligence techniques at university and has worked in senior technical roles in the telecommunications industry for 10 years.
